The iconic American tire brand had its sights set on gaining market share in the offroad/outdoor space, and needed a way to not only increase product awareness but also add brand credibility in the offroad vertical. In theory, the solution is simple: lets show the world what Firestone's off-road chops really look like. In reality, it means scouring the country for the best venues, the coolest vehicles, and the right weather. Voth helped design and execute a content capture roadmap that demonstrated the capabilities of the Destination MT/2s and their Destination XTs across half a dozen states and hundreds of beautiful places. Voth was able to integrate with existing internal teams and strategic agencies to lean out operational friction. Key performance insights include a 36%+ decrease in regional capture costs, 25% average decrease in turnaround time, and 5x increase in deliverables per project.
