These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Voth Agency regarding use of the Site.
